SWISS: P48735 Gene ID: 3418 IDH2又称异柠檬酸脱氢酶，他有有两种类型的酶：以NAD为辅酶的酶（EC1．1．1．41）和NADP的酶（EC1．1．1．42），两者催化同一反应。在胞浆中以NADP为辅酶，在线粒体内膜以NAD为辅酶。 IDH2在三羧酸循环中正常起作用的是NAD为辅酶的酶，他是提供为ADP激活的变构酶。 |

Western blot analysis of MOLT4 cell lysate. Using IDH2 (bsm-61585R) monoclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed MCF-7 (H) cell; Triton X-100 at r.t. for 20 min; Antibody incubation with (IDH2) monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-61585R) 1:100, 90 min at 37°C; followed by conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (green, bs-40295G-FITC) at 37°C for 90 min, DAPI (blue, C02-04002) was used to stain the cell nuclei. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the blank control.
