Casein kinases are operationally defined by their preferential utilization of acidic proteins such as caseins as substrates. It can phosphorylate a large number of proteins. Western blot analysis of (1) MCF7 cell lysate; (2) NIH/3T3 cell lysate. Using Caseine Kinase 1 alpha (bsm-62225R) monoclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
