mediates the transport of sulfated, amidated bile acid, sulfolithocholyltaurine, into rat hepatocytes Function: Mediates the Na(+)-independent transport of organic anions such as bromosulfobromophthalein (BSP) and conjugated (taurocholate) and unconjugated (cholate) bile acids. Subunit: Binds to PDZK1. Interaction with PDZK1 is required for expression on hepatocyte surface. Subcellular Location: Basolateral cell membrane Tissue Specificity: Highly expressed in liver and kidney, and at lower levels in brain, lung, skeletal muscle and proximal colon. Antigen retrieval: citrate buffer ( 0.01M, pH 6.0 ), Boiling bathing for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% Hydrogen peroxide for 30min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum,C-0005) at 37℃ for 20 min;
