This release is regulated by cAMP both dependently and independently of PKA (By similarity). Subunit: Homotetramer. Interacts with CABP1. Subcellular Location: Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Tissue Specificity: Isoform Short is found in skeletal muscle and heart.
