| 产品介绍 | 充当MCM2-7复合物（MCM复合物）的组成部分，MCM2-7复合物是复制解旋酶，对于真核细胞中的“细胞周期” DNA复制起始和延伸而言是必不可少的。MCM2-7环中的活性ATPase位点是通过两个相邻亚基的相互作用表面形成的，因此相对于相邻的Walker A盒的ATP结合位点，反式提供了一个保守的精氨酸手指基序的关键结构亚基。但是，六个ATPase活性位点可能对复杂的解旋酶活性有不同的贡献, 是DNA复制和细胞增殖所必需。 |
