| 产品介绍 | 作为MCM2-7复合物（MCM复合物）的组成部分，MCM2-7复合物是真核细胞中“每细胞周期一次”DNA复制起始和延伸所必需的复制螺旋酶。MCM2-7环中的活性ATP酶位点是通过两个相邻亚基的相互作用表面形成的，这样一个保守的精氨酸指基序的关键结构相对于相邻亚基盒的Walker的ATP结合位点反式提供。然而，这六个ATPase活性位点可能对复杂的螺旋酶活性有不同的贡献。 |
