| 产品介绍 | 蛋白质的ε-氨基赖氨酸乙酰化是控制蛋白质活性的一种重要的可逆修饰。核心组蛋白的氨基末端在多个位点发生赖氨酸甲基化,称为“组蛋白密码”或“表观遗传密码”。核心组蛋白中赖氨酸甲基化是形成基因组活性区和非活性区的主要决定因素,因此在多种细胞事件中起着至关重要的作用。在大多数物种中,赖氨酸甲基化主要发生在组蛋白H3(Lys4、9、27、36、79)和H4(Lys20)上,并且与转录激活和沉默有关。受组蛋白甲基化酶(HMTs)和组蛋白去甲基化酶(HDMs)调控的组蛋白甲基化在癌症和其他疾病的病理过程中受到损害,因此,调节组蛋白赖氨酸甲基化的酶已成为抗癌药物的靶点。 |
