Used to study arteriovenous malformations of the brain and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in arteriovenous malformation; arteriovenous malformations of the brain; breast cancer; hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia; and intracranial aneurysm.
