Dynabeads™ M-270 Carboxylic Acid are monosized hydrophilic 2.8-μm superparamagnetic beads, composed of highly crosslinked polystyrene. Carboxylic acid groups on the surface allow for covalent amide bond formation to nucleic acids, proteins?peptides, and other ligands via primary amino- or sulphydryl groups, without requirement for protein blocking.
