| 保存条件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Batroxobin蛇毒巴曲酶是经生物工程提纯、精制而得丝氨酸蛋白酶。 其作用机制为： ①具有分解血纤维蛋白原、抑制血栓形成作用。 ②具有诱发TPA的释放、增强TPA的作用、促进纤维蛋白溶酶的生成、减少α2-P1和PAI、溶解血栓的作用。 ③具有降低血粘度、抑制红细胞凝集、沉降、增强红细胞的血管通过性及变形能力、降低血管阻力以及改善微循环等作用。使溶栓作用快速，缺血部位功能恢复，从而达到治疗和防止复发的效果。 |
