| 保存条件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌是肠杆菌科中的一属寄生于人畜肠道的革兰氏阴性杆菌。多数是动物重要致病菌和人畜共患病致。 甲型副伤寒可通过生活用水、食物、苍蝇、蟑螂接触等传播引起流行。其中以水的传播更为重要，而使人得甲型副伤寒是伤寒沙门氏菌。这种病菌可随着病人或健康带菌者（即带病菌而自已不发病的人）的粪便排出体外。它在人体外的自然环境中生存能力很强，如在江、河、湖、塘水中可存活1—3个星期，在井水中可存活一个星期，在粪坑及污水中可存活1—2个月，而且非常耐寒，在冰冻的环境中可存活几个月。所以饮用水一旦被粪便或病人的呕吐物污染可引起甲型副伤寒病的暴发流行。 |
